May CFF Events

Fishing season is in full swing, it's time to get out on the water!!!

Our monthly meeting is Wednesday May 17th at the Aksarben Aquarium.  Our featured speaker this month is local Fisheries Biologist, Daryl Bauer.  Daryl will be discussing the fish stocking programs of the State of Nebraska.  Be sure to check out Daryl's blog Barbs and Backlashes for the latest information on our state's fisheries.

Our Fly of the Month for May, is the classic Bunny Leech.  Be sure to bring your best rendition to the meeting.  Doors open at 6:30, and the meeting starts at 7:00.  As usual, we'll have great raffle prizes and plenty of fish talk. We hope to see you there!

We also have our annual Fly Fishing School on May 20th. The class is currently full, but feel free to check out our Fly Fishing School tab for all the info.
